Left end comes with a hinged flange with a barbed valve, 1/4" feedthrough and pressure gauge.

Mechanical Pressure Gauge is available as an alterlative of regular gauge.

Right end comes with a hinged flange with a barbed valve and KF25 vacuum port.

KFD25 angle valve may require for connecting the vacuum port to a vacuum pump.

Application Note

Place the o-ring on the notch of the hinged flange.

将O型圈放置在折页法兰的缺口上。

A tube block is required behind each flange to avoid the silicone O-rings melting.  

每个凸缘后面需要一个管座，以避免硅胶O型圈熔化。

Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.

请不要拧紧法兰上的三个六角螺丝，以免发生超压事故。推荐扭矩为35～40英寸。

For safety reasons, BEQ prohibits the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gas into our flange.
